Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Net Worth VB Academy Apparel is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our apparel, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
